93% of STEM Majors are NOT Black Ambakisye-Okang Dukuzumurenyi 50 Views • 5 years ago

For any problem, you fix the problem at the root, the source. For anything you want to create, you start at the root, the source, because everything flows from there. Here, I present some cold, hard, statistics on whether or not there is a talent shortage for black Americans in top companies and whether or not this issue should even be framed as a problem to be solved.

Your African Kingdom South of Egypt. Part 1
Your African Kingdom South of Egypt. Part 1 Baka Omubo 54 Views • 5 years ago

Simply asked, which country today is south of Egypt? How powerful is it? In ancient times what did it do to EGYPT? Where are the descendants of that Kingdom? Are current tribes in that country children of the older kingdom south of ancient Egypt? Are they Nubians, Kushites, Meroe, Or Sudanese? Are the Arabs ruling Egypt the sons and daughters of ancient Egyptians? Why is this powerful kingdom south of Egypt rarely taught in schools , universities or blasted in televisions Movies etc. Is Nubia that kingdom? Yet it has many names! Let us share a Brief history of Modern Sudan and WHY it is being hid from the mass consciousness. Sudan became independent in 1956.Then Why did the Republic of South Sudan secede from the North? The decision to secede can be traced to the northern Sudanese government's consistent policy of marginalization of the southern part of the country British colonial policy in Sudan had a long history of emphasizing development of the Arab north, and largely ignoring the Black African south, which lacked schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, and other basic infrastructure. After Sudan's first independent elections in 1958, the continued neglect of the southern region by the Khartoum government led to uprisings, revolt, and the longest civil war on the continent. Peoples affected by the violence included the Acholi, Anyuak, Baka, Balanda Bviri, Bari, Boya, Didinga, Dinka, Jiye, Kaligi, Kuku, Lotuka, Mundari, Murie, Nilotic, Nuer, Shilluk, Toposa and Zande. Are Nubians Black?
Are Nubians Africans? The answers again are in this video and very informative.

AFRICAN GRADUATION
AFRICAN GRADUATION Blaxit 16 Views • 6 years ago

Bla Xit was invited to witness the graduation of IT students from IIHT. What an inspiring and motivating event attended by influential and successful Gambians, that provided some powerful words of encouragement to the new Graduates . We captured some of the ceremony to share with you to give you an insight into what a College Graduation looks like here in the Gambia. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
As you know Bla Xit are out and about capturing and sharing as much as we can about life in Africa, however recently we have been receiving a lot of emails about the usual negative coverage of Africa by mainstream press outside of our Continent. This is is not a new phenomena and nor will it be, this is just the scandalous the sensationalism that sells and promotes and demonstrates their continuous influence within and outside of Africa. Widely exaggerated claims only serve to further taint the reputation of our Continent. The problem needs to be tackled in its Continent of origin in Europe. Africa Diaspora News with Phill Scott has my comments should anyone want to hear my views. Do not let a targeted and premeditated media attacks dissuade you from coming home as I suspect that was the motive behind it. Lets stand strong and unite and not let anyone divide us. Forward Ever Backwards Never!
Thank you to all of our followers, our subscribers, our viewers, we totally appreciate you so much. We wanted to show you the success that Africa has in store for you. Africa has so much to offer and many nations are here enjoying Africa it is time for us African's to come home. Thanks to Wode Maya for starting us on this path and supporting us up it .
