In 1959, TV Producers Mike Wallace and Louis Lomax produced a five part TV special entitled, "The Hate That Hate Produced" about the Nation of Islam. The special introduced millions of Americans to the Hon. Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, and The Nation of Islam for the first time. Five years later, Malcolm X would leave the organization. Trees for Food Security Project goal is to enhance food security for resource-poor people in rural Eastern Africa through research that supports national programmes to scale up the use of trees within farming systems in Ethiopia and Rwanda and then scale out successes to relevant ago-ecological zones in Uganda and Burundi.
Through the project, 5 Rural Resource Centers (2 in Rwanda, 2 Ethiopia and 1 in Uganda) and nurseries to enhance training and supply of improved tree germplasm have been established. The RRCs have provided business opportunities for farmer groups and unemployed youth particularly through grafted fruit trees.

In Marsabit County, Northern Kenya, Caritas Switzerland has, together with communities, constructed three rock catchment systems. In this region, there are no permanent rivers and the dry seasons can get severe. Moreover, not all groundwater sources are suitable for human consumption and people often rely on scarce and mostly unprotected water sources. Only about 35% of the population have access to safe water.
The rock catchments collect rainwater from large bare rock surfaces before it gets channelled to storage tanks. The three systems serve 3,500 people and can store a total of 2.34 million litres of water per rainy season. This covers for approximately three months of human water consumption.

So, cut off 2 or 1.5inches from your 4ft long pipe. This is done to balance the total length to be 4ft long. Then, weld an angle of 900 with your 1.5inches pipe. It will look like a V-shape. Furthermore, place your V-shape 1.5inches pipe on top of the 2inches pipe and weld together. You have to weld 4 different pipes to cover up for the four edges. Finally, weld your cut out square base plate, to give it a total balance on the ground.
